I am Founder & CEO of Prasaga. I have been involved in technology sector in Telecom, Network, Internet, Software for 5 decades my focus as strategist, biz dev, evangelist, and visionary.

Prasaga is my 4th start up.

I started a mission to create a ubiquitous, decentralized, open, equitable, technical foundation that would allow all everywhere to participate on a global playing field. My first endeavor to solve this was an Application Service Provider (ASP) in mid/late 90’s, what we call cloud today.

For the last decade I have been collaborating for international open standards for the Internet of Things to ensure the ability for anything to talk to anything or anyone regardless of data model, protocol, platform or provider.

What I discovered was the need to Decentralize the industry to ensure the citizen was in power, not large walled gardens run by the FAANG.

This is what Prasaga will deliver to the world. The foundation for all transactions, financial or other.

Jay Moore :
I’m a massively parallel entrepreneur, Prasaga marks my 12th new venture, I have enjoyed creating everything from an ISP and a design firm to a franchise restaurant chain and game streaming middleware.

My largest success was at GarageGames where we changed game development, coined the term “Indie Games” and built a community of 250,000 indie game developers in the early 2000’s.

Prasaga is by far the most exciting venture I have ever had the privilege of being a part of to help make a better future for all of us as I see blockchain as the key to so many innovations and improvements to our global quality of life. We not only create an economy that works we have built philanthropic efforts into the mix.

We have been working on this project for 3 years and now we are very excited to tell the chance to share with Bang Pateng | Group about Prasaga and the DataGrid Blockchain. Someday I predict you will tell others you heard about Prasaga before they had even launched on DeFi pools.

Thanks for sharing your background. Good. AMA let’s get started. Well we will continue to the first session, in this session I will give a question about Prasaga, if you feel you have enough to give an answer, you can say “done”.

SESI 1 (Poject Introduction)

Q1. Can you introduce Prasaga to our community?

Jay Moore :
Prasaga is a Foundation based organization that is authoring the DataGrid Blockchain. New Native Chain and a New Coin Project building a community of Developers, Miners, Token Holders.

We’ve designed the next evolution of blockchain architecture. The DataGrid Blockchain (DGB) that actually achieves the promise that all blockchains have aspired to. One that provides the highest level of resistance against attacks. One that rewards its ecosystem of contributors. And, one that, perhaps most importantly, scales in throughput as more resources are added to the network, providing the maximum possible increases in speed.

We’d been working in SmartCity and had built a message server solution to make full interoperability possible, but getting everyone incentivized for contributing, easily able to exchange even anonymous data in a marketplace and having the business model work required the blockchain. We found out only later that while our technology scaled and had great use cases we needed to have a blockchain that would scale, so we’ve spent the last 2 years solving that problem. We have proven our operating system by lauching testnet of XBOM on HyperLedger.

Q2. What are the core features of Prasaga? How are you different and unique from all other projects out there?

Jay Moore :

“Your phone, your computer, and your smartwatch all have operating systems that make it easy to develop for and to use. Easy is good. But the Blockchain is hard. We need the Blockchain to be easy. XBOM makes it easy to develop for and to use the Blockchain.”

1) XBOM allows us offer greater ease of development and
2) Empowers our consensus and radical improvement to Smart Contracts to truly scale.
3) Our community driven monetary policy is designed to build a stabilized currency for a method of exchange.

We implemented ON-CHAIN, a First Class Object Model to build a blockchain operating system.

So we have taken the First Class Object Model, decentralized it and integrated it INTO the blockchain network.

We are truly a Decentralized Operating System which instead of sending message to a process in a computer to start to execute work, we send a message to an application on the blockchain, which is in an account as an object.

The key is that state is saved into accounts on the DGB and we can move accounts from shard to shard to achieve parallelization. The ability to have state in your account means that we now introduce the concept of Smart Assets that could be any type of digital or certified physical asset and they are actually stored in your account under your sovereignty and ownership rather than in a referenced smart contract.

With a scaling blockchain and more stable currency that is easier to develop on and has greater functionality than traditional smart contracts.

Q3. I saw that Prasaga has its token named $DGT, can you explain what the token is $DGT? What benefits can we get if we hold tokens $DGT? And how to buy?

Jay Moore :
DataGrid comes from building a PowerGrid for the Blockchain.

We are launching our Presale and DeFi pools with an erc20 based DataGrid Token (DGT) and will exchange it 1:1 when our MainNet goes live and the DGT built on the DataGrid Blockchain is available.

We will be like any other large scale token, EOS, XRP, Solona, Stellar, NEM or even IOTA and we will find our largest increases in price as the usage on our blockchain increases.

The opportunity to get in early to a project of our scope is more like a 2016 or 2017 chance. We have solved the key issue facing all other blockchains – SCALING. We also gain the benefit of EASE OF USE and STABILITY with our monetary policy.

Right now our token is only available to those winning our awards and through Private Presale ($100k min 20% & 10% bonus). We will be announcing our whitelisting for Community Presale ($5k min 5% bonus) soon.

Q4. Nowadays Farming or staking is very popular. Have you provided your Farming or Staking Facility to $DGT Investors? if you have, can you explain how to staking and farming $DGT?

Jay Moore :
We have been working with our advisors to create the best possible approach to staking and farming along with a detailed roadmap that will incentivize our DeFi pool token holders.

While we have much of this worked out we are still finalizing all our plans and partner platforms and will be announcing soon after our whitelisting for presale our farming and staking program. If anyone in this community wants to share with us what farming and staking programs they feel are the best please DM @TheJayMoore.

Q5. Could you please explain, what are your upcoming plans in a couple of month/years?

Jay Moore :
This month is building awareness for the DataGrid Token, getting our whitelisting setup for our community sale, announcing our staking and farming strategy and engaging with Private Presale token holders in our Estonia based organization.

2021:
** Completing our Private Presale and launching our Balancer Liquidity Bootstrap Pool to establish a fair market price and let humans be able to compete with bots to do that. Then launch our larger DeFi pool program in a 12 month dutch auction.
** Further building our global team and establishing key partnerships.
** Getting our Foundation fully established in Switzerland.
** Developing our testnet and mainnet for DataGrid Blockchain.
** XBOM on HyperLedger General Availability release.
** Launching our full DataGrid Collaborative with our regional Labs initiative.

What is PRASAGA and what was the reason behind starting this project? How optimistic are you of the future use-case of the PRASAGA compared to when you started it?

The project was started as a way to decentralize the Internet of Things and Smart City industry from the Walled Gardens which we being created by the worlds largest companies.

Our optimism on the success of the project it higher than ever now that we have revealed what we designed and the reaction by both the enterprise and the larger consumer communities.

As always, the beginning of new technology is only understandable by highly technical individuals and leaves the overall market behind. This is where the blockchain and crypto industries are now. You have to either be a developer to be able to create and implement or a trader that understands the financial and securities markets to use. There is no project that has focued on inclusion past their own circles.

This is where Prasaga and the DataGrid Blockchain differ. We looked at the technology need to create a scalable permission-less, trust-less open and designed that. We then looked at Smart Contracts and asked WHO THE HELL CAN WRITE ONE OF THESE.

This is why we designed and architected XBOM, a decimalized GlobalOS which makes the underlying blockchain technology to irrelevant to the developer or user, instead the blockchain now seems as simple as using a smartphone, watch, computer etc.

Everyone thinks that a successful blockchain or cryptocurrency project is measured by the price of their token and is less concerned with the technologies and adoption in the blockchain world after it. So for Prasaga What success goals will be achieved soon outside the price side

The DataGrid Token ($DGT) price is not what this project is focused on. We believe that the value of the $DGT will increase in value as its need to be used for acquisition of goods and services increases.

The more business there is on the DataGrid Blockchain, the more the $DGT will be sought to participate and purchase items and the more valuable the $DGT will become.

Farming and staking are very popular at this time, is there any preservation of the two programs? And how can I do farming and staking in Prasaga? And what benefits do I get?

As we mentioned earlier

We have been working with our advisors to create the best possible approach to staking and farming along with a detailed roadmap that will incentivize our DeFi pool token holders. Our goals are to make erc20 DGT the token of choice for both traders and long term holders.

Many of the examples we have found are trying to gamify the process and we’d like to not just make it fun, but truly profitable.

Currently there are many projects that have a hard time solving the constant problems of data flows.. What solutions does Prasaga offer to route data flows dynamically between clients and servers? How complex is this process?

This problem was solved over a span of a decade. This project started as an IoT/Smart City data platform with a very advanced message bus connecting devices, systems and humans. To realy grasp the capabilty, it is best to review our early White paper on IoT.

I read in your whitepaper that any entity can build a marketplace on top of Prasaga, what benefits and tools does the Prasaga blockchain provide and why should they build on top of Prasaga?

Jay Moore :
You can actually get an understanding of XBOM and work in our Class Manager Infrastructure (CMI) on HyperLedger if you goto https://www.xbom.io

This will help you to understand working in accounts and with our Class / Object approach running on the blockchain.

Q1. Prasaga Solves KYC-AML Problem with Provable Algorithmic KYC-AML Enforcement, Generalized on the DataGrid Blockchain with the concept of “Smart Share Object”. Can you explain in more detail about the concept and what are the advantages?

Q2. Prasaga prefers to use XBOM instead of smart contract, can you explain the difference and the benefits?

Michael Holdmann :
Thank you for an original question we have not seen yet. You have studied.

This is addressed in what you ask in your second question, with XBOM.

In the DataGrid Blockchain implementation, the XBOM enables objects and state to be intrinsic in an account that has a globally UniqueID. An object can represent assets, digital and physical OR any certificate or regulatory compliance proofs which will all be subset of YOUR uniqueID.

So to go a little further, the XBOM is a first class object model, which means it has an ancestry and inheritance tree as well as ability to version any object. Now you can have in YOUR account, a reference to a certificate that proves your Identity and ability to participate in a transaction while still maintaining your identity, I do not need to know how you are only that you satisfy all requirements to participate.

When a transaction is sent to your account the first thing that happens is you account looks up the class and object tree to establish if there has been any update to a regulation, a certificate or your identity, if so, it will instantiate the new code (object) and then proceed with the transaction. Conversely, if you do not have the proper objects in your account, the transaction will not complete.

Staking seem to be popular right now on many blockchain project to encourage investors to hold tokens and make it healthful for project ecosystem. Does $DGT support this as well? If yes, what will requirement of a Node and a Validator node be? And how does reward base on? @TheJayMoore

Jay Moore :
Yes, Staking is getting very important for DeFi projects. To be clear our node staking is a different use of that word as this is for those miners who are hosting nodes on our testnet and MainNet.

We have outlined in great detail how these staking nodes will participate (as we are a distributed Proof of Work (PoW) & Proof of Stake (PoS) approach so not the same as staking on like the Eth 2.0 PoS approaches.

🏝Q.Many projects rug pulled and exit scam recently. Why should investors trust your project not to do the same?

Michael Holdmann :
This is our 3rd year, our initial pre-sale of 850k in spring 2018 was for research and design of the scalable permissionless blockchain. We have now applied for 6 patents, more coming. We have launched an Enterprise pre-release XBOM dev environment and testnet. If rug pull was our intent, it would have happened long ago.
